This dual-purpose company, with very different target markets, required an identity that could represent both the luxury Bathroom Showroom as well as the more utility Plumbing and Heating counter whilst maintaining a link between the two. The Towns brand uses a classy monotone palette for the Bathroom Showroom and a red and blue colour scheme, representing hot and cold water, for Heating & Plumbing. The logo for Softflo, a subsidiary of Towns, also reflects the identity of its parent company.

Ongoing press ads use imagery to appeal to their individual target audiences.
